ImPACt 4

Nonprofits improve lives of millions of New Yorkers each year. Help amplify their impact.

Applications for Spring 2017 consulting engagement volunteers are no longer being accepted, but you don't have to wait until next Fall to join us. Learn more and RSVP for our next ImPACt event.

Volunteers must be a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and must be able to commit 3-5 hours/week for project work/calls and to attend three in-person Client meetings. No specific nonprofit or consulting experience is necessary. For more detail, please review the PennPAC Volunteer Experience.

Submit the NYC or Philly volunteer application. A member of the PennPAC Volunteer Relations team will then be in contact within a few weeks for a short phone conversation to get to know you better and assess your fit/interest for a Consulting Engagement, Internal Support or ImPACt. Once we finalize the project slate for the coming term, you will get an email with the project options and the chance to indicate your interest.

Getting started!

  • For Consulting Engagements, once a team is fully staffed (mid/late September for Fall; mid/late February for Spring), each team member will be introduced. Your project’s Team Leader will be in touch shortly thereafter regarding scheduling the team’s first meeting.
  • For Internal Support the process may vary slightly, but you will be notified as soon as possible.
  • For ImPACt, you will be notified as soon as a date is set.

"What an empowering experience! I worked with a fun, smart and articulate group of people. And I had the chance to explore complex problems and contribute to their resolution." - Michelle Schweiger Schecter (CAS'88), PennPAC Volunteer
